I had many duties in the IT Departments of some Private and National Banks and in the IT Industry for 27 years.
I had been undertaking duties and responsibilities in the following areas in IT sector. Software Development and Test Management,

I have conducted numerous Project Management services for users and Software Departments in IT sector. Some of those are;
1. Analyzing the user requirements and existing systems,
2. Developing the structure of the systems based on the results of the analyses, 3. Preparing the detailed specications of the software programs,
4. Testing the software programs which are coded by the Software Department, 5. Providing the necessary training for the users,
I managed lots of improvement projects for implementing an IT governance framework like COBIT, and ITIL for Halkbank A.S and I have managed various ITIL Test Management Projects between 2012-2018.
In 2010, I designed and developed a TestET User Acceptance Test Approve and Management Application for HALKBANK A.Ş. With this application, USERs had been facilitated to approve the Acceptance Tests and the Test Managers started to plan the test procedures on this application (such as who will, when and what will be tested?)
